The project comprises of plant replacement, open plan CAT-A refurbishment on the First Floor, a CAT-B refurbishment on the Ground floor, common areas refurbishment and provision of capped services to serve the new catering facility. New VRF system, ventilation systems, public health services, small power, data, access control, CCTV, lighting and fire alarm system.

The 3no. 2-Storey Luxury Villas of 220sqm each. Project managing, planning and detail Stage 4 design for the mechanical, electrical and public health services throughout the 3no. new build villas. New underfloor heating system (UFH), Heat Pumps, VRF cooling system, fresh air and extract ventilation systems, public health services, small power, data, access control, CCTV, lighting and fire alarm.
Luxury Apartments Building, Varkiza, Greece
A high-end residential development project consisting of two maisonettes, four 2-bedroom apartments, three 3-bedroom apartments and a penthouse, in the southern coastal Athenian suburb of Varkiza. The building has been designed to fulfil the requirements of an A+ energy rating, providing optimum energy saving, sustainability and bioclimatic design. The building is perfectly insulated with a 10cm thermal insulation system, high perf ormance aluminium frames and top-quality energy efficient glazing. All residences are fitted with underfloor heating, central comfort cooling system, independent heat pump units, digital thermostats, videophone access control system and provision for smart home capabilities. Electric car charging stations will be provided for each parking space. A net-metering Photovoltaic (PV) system will be installed to generate electricity and feed the common areas, with the target being a zero service charge.
